Prop Weapon Hire

BloodyStuff carry a wide range of modern & historical guns,  bladed weapons and explosives props (UK HIRE only).
All our gun props are designed and manufactured as museum quality replicas, which cannot be modified to become a real weapon.  As such, these props do not require an armourer to accompany the guns.  Many of our prop guns are also available as PFC & Blank firing props (normally requires a BloodyStuff SFX technician),  providing realistic smoke/spark to revolvers plus realistic recoil and ejection of cartridges from semi-automatic and fully-automatic guns.  Heavy-Machine Guns are available with the highly authentic flame-firing.  Many clients also use our additional CGI post-production services to add muzzle flash, bullet/blood hits etc., hiring just our replica non-firing props.

We also manufacture highly detailed cast resin guns, which are typically provided for larger battle scenes where many of the same type of gun are required, such as equipping an army or where damage could occur to an expensive original gun/weapon during fight/action scenes.  

Our bladed weapons are available as "action-safe, stunt-safe, foam, replica and practical-fx, such as stab kits and blood knives.

    Here is an example of a recent "made-to-order" Replica Resin Weapon
    This highly detailed and finished prop is typical of the types of weapons that we can re-produce in quantity.  Perfect for equipping a large group/army or where damage to the valuable original or replica weapon cannot be risked, such as in fight or action scenes.

    This particular prop was made for such a scene in the recent highly successful series Curfew.  The script called for the highly valuable and impossible to re-source, main characters weapon to be dropped, but the risk of damage to the original was too great.  BloodyStuff worked with the armourer to mould the real gun and then were able to produce replica weapons which could easily be replaced if necessary for continuity.
